The New Argentine ID Card was a full redesign of the national identity document for RENAPER, aligned with international security standards and delivered under a tight production timeline. Leading the design process, I researched and developed the preliminary report and technical specifications, defined functional layouts and draft concepts, and designed the final prototype, working across every stage where each decision had to integrate technical, regulatory, and security requirements while responding to multiple stakeholders and national authorities. The final security design and press proofs were carried out by the company responsible for the security software, under our direct supervision, resulting in a new document with updated security features, functionalities, and layout.
